The auditions last weekend were successful and we managed to find a new guitarist.?
His name is Dirk Gotzmann and he replaces Carsten with immediate effect.?
Dirk is absolutely determined to complete the studio recordings for our first album.
Very soon we'll post here some pictures and more information about Dirk.

After just about half a year we had to split up with Carsten last week. We regret this and wish him all the best for his future! Nevertheless we assume that we can keep the recording deadlines.
On 26. - 28. March we`ll hold some auditions to find a new guitarist. Interested parties can send us a mail until the 21th of March via contact@blacksite-metal.com

Hello friends! Little has happened since the last gig, so here's a small update about what's going on. Right now we're busy producing our debut album. If everything keeps going that well, you may expect the release in spring time next year. Be assured: your patience will be rewarded... Now back to work

Here's the update on last Saturday's show:
It was really fun and it felt great being onstage together. We got some very good feedback and are eager to rock even more next time we hit the stage.

Only two more days till our first stage appearance. Rehearsals went incredibly well so everyone of us is looking forward to performing on Saturday.
In addition, as you can see, we launched a new website design. Due to maintenance reasons there might be the possibilty of some missing content. Updates of those sections will be posted next week.
This is just the first of a bunch of projects that'll see the light of day in near future. So stay tuned.

Everything is fine at the moment. We managed to find a new guitarist.
His name is Carsten and he replaces Klaus with immediate effect. Klaus left the band because he has several private issues to deal with.. We'd like to wish him all the best for his future. Rock on!

Very good news, folks!
After six days of partying and rehearsing a decision has been made.
Vanilla Rex mastermind Klaus Schwenzner is the new guitarist for BLACKSITE.
The BLACKSITE family is very proud to welcome him as a new member because Klaus is not only a great guitarist and an excellent songwriter but also fucking crazy - as we are.
Stephan is looking forward to share the lead-guitar and the rest of us is afraid of sharing our beer with him.
